Day 1: Arrival at Srinagar Airport → Dal Lake Houseboat

Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative from Al Hamid Tour Travel Tour & Travels. Your adventure begins with a transfer to a charming houseboat on Dal Lake, where you’ll spend your first night in Kashmir. After settling in, unwind with an evening shikara ride on the tranquil waters of the lake. You can indulge in a delightful cake or enjoy a candlelight dinner at your leisure.

Day 2: Explore the Countryside → Gulmarg

Following a hearty breakfast, embark on a scenic journey to Gulmarg. As you drive through vibrant villages and lush rice fields, you’ll get a glimpse of Kashmir’s rich cultural tapestry. Spend the day engaging in leisure activities such as golfing, nature walks, bird watching, and pony rides. Explore the historic Maharani Temple, the spiritual Ziarat of Baba Reshi, or try zorbing at Children’s Park. A must-do is the Gondola Cable Car Ride, which offers breathtaking views from the lower ridge of Apharwat Peak. Return to the base for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel in Gulmarg.

Day 3: Journey to Pahalgam

After breakfast, set off for Pahalgam, famously known as ‘The Valley of Shepherds’ or ‘Trekker’s Paradise’. En route, you will pass through beautiful saffron fields and visit the ancient Awantipur ruins. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check into your hotel and enjoy a restful evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Pahalgam Sightseeing

Begin your day with breakfast before exploring the scenic and rocky landscapes of Chandanwadi and Snow Point. Enjoy a pony ride to enhance your experience (these activities are at your own expense). In the evening, return to your hotel in Pahalgam for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Srinagar Sightseeing

After breakfast, return to Srinagar for a day of sightseeing. Visit the renowned Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chasme Shahi Garden. Pay a visit to the historic Shankaracharya Temple. The evening is free for shopping and exploring local markets. Overnight stay at a houseboat or hotel in Srinagar.

Day 6: Day Excursion to Sonamarg/Gagangeer

Enjoy breakfast before embarking on a day excursion to Sonamarg, the ‘Meadow of Gold’. The drive to Sonamarg is filled with scenic beauty, with stops at picturesque spots such as Apple Gardens. Horse riding is available to visit Thajiwas Glacier (at your own expense). On your way back, stop at the revered Dargah Hazratbal. Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at a houseboat or hotel.

Day 7: Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from your houseboat or hotel and proceed to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey. Make sure to leave early due to security checks, which may cause traffic delays. Depart with cherished memories provided by Al Hamid Tour Travel Tour & Travels.

sightseeing tours excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera
fees etc.
Any kind of insurance, Air, Train or Bus fare from / to your originating city of
stay, unless specified.
Garden entrance fee and guide charges, wherever applicable.
Snow Jeep from Tangmarg to Gulmarg & back.
Thajiwas Glacier trip at Sonmarg(as this sightseeing is only allowed by local
taxi at Sonmarg or by ponies and are on direct payment basis).
Aru, Betaab valley and Chandanwari trip in Pahalgam (as this sightseeing is
done by local taxis only and is on direct payment basis).
Personal meals and personal expenses like entry tickets, telephone, laundry
or anything which is not mentioned in the inclusions.
